So it had been decided. Everyone, anyone, was now on the search for the No Such Thing.
At first, all the Pokemon on the island worked together, wanting the same thing, helping each other. Days, weeks, months, years - they were all wasted, all spent on the search for the mysterious power. Pokemon were growing weary of the search, and some forgot about it. But those who remained on the search...they suffered the worst.
One Pokemon, a significant among them, gathered all the remaining searchers to one place. 'This!' he shouted, addressing all that had come, 'Is not how we should be searching for the No Such Thing. We should all be brought together, under a strong leader, and search for it then. We will have a better chance of success that way.'
Another Pokemon, one of the toughest and most malicious, snorted. 'Who needs leadership,' it growled, challenging the other, 'When only the toughest Pokemon matter? I say the best way to find the No Such Thing is to let only the strongest of us search for it. We will have a better chance of success that way.'
And yet another, a quiet, rather unknown Pokemon, spoke up. 'And let you brutes take all the glory? No,' she sighed, glancing sideways at the other two, 'By far the best way to find the No Such Thing is to use our cunning and wits to search for it ourselves. We will have a better chance of success that way.'
All the Pokemon argued long into the night, trying to decide which way was the best way to search for the No Such Thing. In the end, three groups of Pokemon seemed to stand out - those who valued a Strong leadership, a dictatorship almost, were in one; those who where strong and merciless were in another; and those who valued high intelligence, cunning, and furtiveness formed the last group. Over time, these three groups became known as the Fighters, Breakers, and Neithers, but only one would be able to find and harness the power of the No Such Thing.
